Lack of staff, the other day there was only one boy in the store, he was next to the door, I think there was only him because I didn't find anyone else, the boy was tall and looked somewhat muscular and very serious, I approached him to ask him for shoes and he treated me very cheerfully, nothing like what I thought it would be, I made him look around for the shoes many times and he never complained, in the end he ended up charging me for the same because I think I was alone in the branch. It's bad that Innova hire more staff and preferably girls since there are people who are afraid of interacting with men or asking them for advice and thank you

Much to be desired for their service, somewhat classist employees apparently, from the moment you enter they are very selective when it comes to welcoming and following up. I wanted to buy several items of clothing which I only wanted to know my size so I wanted to try on, I approached an employee and He sent me to his partner and when the guy approached me, he ignored me, left and only saw me in the distance, apparently denying me the use of his changing rooms.

Don't go too far, it's impossible to buy tennis shoes, hire more people, I don't know if you've realized all the sales that are going away.

Quite an assortment of tennis shoes and clothing, I thought it was more expensive but it does have good prices
